Fulton County, Georgia

In-home care in Fulton County

Fulton County is home for us — our office is in Midtown Atlanta, at One Midtown Plaza on Peachtree Street.

Fulton is also a long county — it runs from Milton and Johns Creek at the top down through Sandy Springs and the city of Atlanta to South Fulton, Fairburn and Palmetto. We cover all of it, so a family in Roswell and a family in College Park get the same caregivers, the same RN oversight and the same office on the other end of the phone.

Paying for care

How families here pay for care

  • Medicaid EDWP

The Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program — delivered as CCSP or SOURCE. If you have Medicaid but not the waiver, we help you apply.

  • Private pay

Direct payment for care services, with no insurance involved and no approval to wait for.

  • Long-term care insurance

Coverage through an existing long-term care policy. We can bill your carrier directly.

For the Medicaid waiver, Fulton County is served by the Atlanta Regional Commission Area Agency on Aging. Intake starts with Empowerline at (404) 463-3333. Do I qualify for the Medicaid Waiver Program?

Common questions

Home care in Fulton County — answered

Do you provide home care in north Fulton — Alpharetta, Roswell and Johns Creek?

Yes. We serve all of Fulton County, from Milton and Johns Creek down to Palmetto. Where you live in the county does not change the care, the caregivers' training or the RN oversight.

My parent is being discharged from Grady, Piedmont or Emory Midtown. Can you help?

Yes. Call us as soon as you know the discharge date and we will talk through what help is needed at home — personal care, meals, medication reminders, getting to follow-up appointments — so it can be in place when they get there.

How do we apply for the Medicaid waiver in Fulton County?

Fulton is served by the Atlanta Regional Commission's Area Agency on Aging, and intake for the Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program (CCSP) starts with their Empowerline line at (404) 463-3333. SOURCE is enrolled through an approved SOURCE case management agency. Our two-minute check tells you which is the likely fit, and we can help you get started.
