What we provide

Services that support life at home

We provide a wide range of home care services tailored to meet the unique needs of you or your loved one — from a couple of hours a week to around-the-clock support.

01

Personal Care

Bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, and other personal hygiene support.

Hands-on help with the things that get harder to manage alone — bathing and showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care, mobility and transfers, feeding, and medication reminders. Delivered by Certified Nursing Assistants who are trained to protect dignity as carefully as they protect safety.

02

Companionship

Meaningful conversation, activities, and emotional support.

For someone who is managing physically but is alone too much of the day. Conversation, shared activities, a walk, a game of cards, a trip to the store — the kind of steady presence that keeps a person engaged and gives a family peace of mind.

03

Meal Preparation

Nutritious meal planning and preparation tailored to dietary needs.

Planning, shopping and cooking around real dietary needs — low sodium, diabetic, soft or pureed textures, cultural preferences. Meals are prepared fresh, and we sit with the person while they eat when that helps.

04

Medication Reminders

Timely reminders to help keep medications on track.

Prompting at the right times, watching that doses are actually taken, and telling the office quickly when something is missed or a refill is running low. Caregivers remind and observe; a nurse handles anything clinical.

05

Transportation

Safe transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings.

Rides to medical appointments, dialysis, the pharmacy, the grocery store, church, or a family visit — with a caregiver who goes in with them, helps at the desk, and remembers what the doctor said.

06

Light Housekeeping

Keeping the home clean, organized, and safe for comfortable living.

Laundry, dishes, changing bed linens, tidying, taking out the rubbish, and keeping walkways clear — the ordinary upkeep that keeps a home safe to move around in.

07

Respite Care

Temporary relief for family caregivers so they can rest and recharge.

Scheduled cover so a family caregiver can sleep, work, travel or simply stop for a while. A few hours a week or several days at a stretch — and the same caregiver each time wherever we can manage it.

08

Nursing Care

Professional clinical care from Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses.

Skilled nursing from RNs and LPNs — assessments, wound care, catheter and bowel programmes, medication management, and supervision of the care team. A nurse writes the plan of care and reviews it as things change.

09

Overnight & 24-Hour Care

Awake overnight support, or round-the-clock care at home.

For someone who wanders, falls at night, or simply should not be alone until morning. Awake overnight shifts, live-in arrangements, and full 24-hour rotas — built so nobody is ever covering a shift they are too tired to do well.

10

End-of-Life Support

Comfort, dignity and presence in the last months at home.

Working alongside a hospice team to keep someone comfortable at home — personal care, positioning, sitting with them, and supporting the family through it. Quiet, unhurried, and centred on dignity.

Kendra is kind and understanding. She was quick to respond to my questions and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this home health agency as they put your loved one's needs first and help to give you peace of mind during the process.

Haven't had the pleasure of meeting but one lady, Kendra. And she is Fantastic! Very caring, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and sweet as can be. Kendra goes well above and beyond. We are very blessed to have her help!

Ms Kendra provided transportation and companionship to me spending 8 hrs together. She was very caring, compassionate and also easy to talk to. She helped me to feel safe and very attentive towards me.

This was not my first time using a home health care agency, but I was really surprised that they asked what my sister's likes and dislikes were. They were able to match a home health aid that really care about her needs. She was so professional and did her job like she was taking care of her own family member. I would recommend this agency to anyone that has a love one that needs to be taking care of and treated with dignity and respect.

You must have a good new little nurse. Noticed Mom's belonging folded and drawer clothing fixed nicely. I haven't seen this type of work since mom moved in. Also whoever did last night shift did an excellent job with mom's bedtime turn.
