In-home care
Medication Reminders in Atlanta
A missed or doubled dose can quietly undo a lot of good care. Our caregivers give timely reminders, watch that doses are actually taken, and tell the office quickly when something is missed or a refill is running low.
What it includes
How we can help
- Prompts at the right times
- Watching that doses are taken
- Telling the office when a dose is missed
- Flagging refills that are running low
Who it's for
When this may be the right help
Reminders help someone with several medications to keep track of, or someone who has started to forget whether today's dose has been taken.
They also help a family member who has been phoning every morning and evening just to make sure the pills were taken.
How it works
How we provide medication reminders
Caregivers remind and observe, and a nurse handles anything clinical. That line matters: a reminder from a caregiver is not the same as nursing care, and if more is needed, our nurses can step in as part of the care plan.
Care available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Beyond Atlanta, we serve 20 Georgia counties.
Paying for care
How payment works
If your family member is approved for Medicaid EDWP, the services they receive are set out in their care plan. Ask us or their care coordinator how this help can fit into that plan.
Medicaid EDWP
The Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program — delivered as CCSP or SOURCE. If you have Medicaid but not the waiver, we help you apply.
Private pay
Direct payment for care services, with no insurance involved and no approval to wait for.
Long-term care insurance
Coverage through an existing long-term care policy. We can bill your carrier directly.
